At Cam Autos, we service every TGE in line with MAN’s recommended schedule, using original equipment parts or approved equivalents, so your warranty remains intact and the car is maintained exactly as the manufacturer intended.
Our team has the software, tooling, and diagnostic capability to look after the MAN TGE properly, including service data resets, OSR updates, and any software requirements specific to the model. We’re a Bosch Service centre and Trust My Garage member, and all our servicing work is backed by a 12-month labour guarantee. - Check coolant hoses for leaks and condition, including header tank
- Check for transmission oil leaks
- Check horn
- Check operation of exterior lights
- Check operation of handbrake
- Check operation of instrument warning lamps
- Check power steering fluid reservoir
- Check steering/suspension components for wear and corrosion
- Check timing belt (cambelt) replacement interval & report if due according to mileage/age
- Check tyre condition and tread depth (including spare)
- Check wheel nut torque to manufacturers specification
- Check windscreen wiper and washer condition and operation
- Check/adjust clutch operation
- Check/adjust tyre pressures (including spare)
- Check/advise brake fluid level and boiling point
- Check/advise condition of exhausts and mountings
- Check/advise coolant level and antifreeze strength
- Check/advise general oil leaks
- Drain engine oil & refill
- Replace oil filter
- Top up brake fluid if required
- Top up windscreen washer reservoir with additive if required
- Visual check of brake callipers for leaks and security
- Visual check of brake discs, shoes and cylinders for wear or damage
- Visual check of brake pads for wear or damage
- Visual check of brake pipes and hoses
- Reset vehicle service light where applicable
- Stamp service book

Service Includes:
- Everything in a Bronze service
- Carry out engine management system scan
- Check air conditioning system/temperature if applicable
- Check battery condition and connections
- Check condition and tension of auxiliary drive belts (excluding timing belt)
- Check door/bonnet lock operation and lubricate locks, hinges and catches
- Check drive shaft gaiters for security and report any leaks
- Check gearbox fluid level manual/automatic differential (if applicable)
- Check illumination of dash and heater control lamps
- Check rear reflectors
- Check security of handbrake linkages and travel and adjust if required
- Check shock absorber condition and mounting, report any leaks
- Check steering rack gaiters condition
- Check wheel bearings for excessive play or noise
- Check/advise pollen filter condition, replace if necessary
- Check/clean HT leads and components (if fitted)
- Remove all road wheels and check flanges and mountings
- Replace air filter
- Top up antifreeze if required
- Visual check of fuel system (including tank and cap)
Major
Service Includes:
- Everything in a Silver Service
- Check headlight alignment
- Check/adjust valve clearances (if fitted)
- Replace fuel filter (if fitted and external from fuel tank)
- Spark plugs changed according to mileage
- Test/advise alternator output and security
